Because
of the confidence we have in the quality of our content, in our
ability to present vital information, and in the success
potential of
our students
Anu Universe-City offers
the following refund policy:
1)
If before the fifth Comprehensive training session you feel
that
this
information will not work for you, or you are otherwise dissatisfied
with
the course, you
can submit in writing, a request for refund of monies actually
paid
(out-of-pocket) for training (excluding the registration fee). Requests
received within 45 days from registration will be processed and a
refund will be issued forth within 30 days from the date of receipt of
the request for refund; or,
2)
As stated elsewhere in the AERO offer, the AERO Financial Empowerment
training is an experiential program. In other words, you must practice
what you learn to
advance using Currency and/or
Futures Trading strategies. This is why we strongly urge that all
students practice daily for at least three weeks (preferably for four
to six
weeks) following the fifth Comprehensive Session. This
warranty also holds that any student in 'good standing,' who, after the
completion of the final Comprehensive Session, requesting a refund of
his or her tuition, will be entitled to a refund of
monies
owed beyond the initial down payment (this includes up to
$500,
depending on whether or not they utilized the AERO Affiliate Plan to
offset part of their tuition costs). However, they show that they have
duly done the requisite assignments, practiced for the
specified period, and failed either to get to a point where they were
able to have profitable trades at least 30% of the time in practice
trading; or they have engaged in actual 'live trading' and
experienced loses more than 70% of the time. In this case, they will be
refunded up to the amount due beyond the initial down payment amount,
as stipulated above. This offer only extends to, and not
beyond,
three months following completion of the course. Valid
requests
received within the time period so mentioned will be honored,
and reimbursement will be issued within 30 days from the date
of
receipt of the request for refund.
Under
the conditions stated above in paragraph 2), a student in 'good
standing,' along
with a
written request for refund, must also include with their
request a detailed
copy
of their trading account information from an established
broker; from a 'demo' account or a 'live' account, whichever
is appropriate to meet the conditions.
After
reviewing the records and finding them in compilance with paragraph 2)
above, AERO will provide a full refund of all tuition actually paid for
the course. Again, non-refundable fees are not included in this
warranty. As stated above, any discounts earned through our Affiliate
or other
plans will not be included in the refund amount.
Refunds
will be forwarded to your attention, via USPS Prioity Mail. Again,
please allow up to 30 days (following request receipt) for processing
and transit of refund instrument(s).
